Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a PostKitten Pro subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan is, and always will be, free of charge. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan — you can use it without entering any payment details.

3. Subscription Billing

The Pro plan is billed at $9 per month and renews automatically each billing cycle. You will be charged on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings.

4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with PostKitten Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial Pro purchase. This guarantee applies to your first payment only.

5. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, as you have continued access to Pro features throughout the billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@postkitten.com from the email address associated with your account, including your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund where we detect abuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, or a violation of our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for partial months or for periods during which the service was used in breach of our Terms.
