1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PostKitten Content Studio ("PostKitten", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PostKitten is a social media content scheduling and publishing platform that lets you create, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the service.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use PostKitten. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing
Free Plan: Includes up to 10 scheduled posts per month, image uploads, calendar view, and drag & drop rescheduling, at no cost.
Pro Plan: Billed at $9 per month and includes unlimited scheduled posts, unlimited image uploads, priority support, and early access to new features.
Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PostKitten to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful
- Send spam or violate the terms of any connected social media platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the platform or its API
- Upload malware or interfere with the operation of the service
6. Your Content
You retain all ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service — for example, to publish posts to your connected accounts at your scheduled times. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
7. Third-Party Platforms
PostKitten integrates with third-party social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms that may affect publishing.
8. Intellectual Property
The PostKitten name, logo, software, and design are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PostKitten is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will always publish without interruption, as this depends on third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the app. Your continued use of PostKitten after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
